2015 Tour Overview
In 2015, we embarked on our first adventure to mainland Europe. It was a day trip, starting early from Essex at 5 AM. By 7:30 AM, we were crossing via the Eurotunnel from Folkestone.
Our journey began with the scenic D940 route from Calais to Boulogne-sur-Mer, where we enjoyed breakfast. Afterward, we ventured inland on the D roads to Saint-Omer.
The return journey took us back towards the coast, again using the charming D roads, until we reached Dunkirk. From Dunkirk, we made our way back to Calais to catch the Eurotunnel train back to the UK.
It was a whirlwind trip filled with memorable moments.
